摘  要:为实现深水钻孔桩施工时钢护筒回收再利用,给出了钢护筒最大起拔力的计算公式,并对埋设较深钢护筒提出了分两次拔出方案。为确保钢护筒拔出时不对桩基混凝土质量造成影响,根据钢护筒内外压力平衡理论,给出了混凝土初凝前最大拔出高度计算公式。工程的成功应用表明,钢护筒回收再利用技术是可行的。In order to recycle the steel casing during the construction of deep-water bored piles,the formula for calculating the maximum pulling force of the steel casing is given in the present paper,with the scheme of pulling out the deep-buried steel casing in two steps put forward.To ensure that pulling out the steel casing does not affect the quality of the pile foundation concrete,the formula for calculating the maximum pull-out height before the initial setting of the concrete is given according to the balancing theory of the internal and external pressures of the steel casing.The successful application of the techniques to practical projects shows that the recycling techniques for the steel casing are feasible.
