摘  要:为了对采集自天津市某动物医院犬子宫蓄脓脓汁进行病原菌的鉴定,试验采用分离培养方法进行病原菌的分离,同时对分离到的菌株进行生化试验、药敏试验、16S rRNA测序鉴定,对测序结果进行同源性分析并构建系统遗传进化树。结果表明:共分离得到两株(Fl-rj、Fs-rj)革兰氏阴性短杆菌,两株分离菌的生化特性基本一致,且都与肺炎克雷伯氏菌的生化特性相似。两株分离菌16S rRNA基因测序结果相似度高达99.8%,且两株分离菌与肺炎克雷伯氏菌(NR117683.1)的同源性分别高达99.6%和99.9%,在系统进化树中位于同一分枝。两株分离菌均对氨曲南、头孢唑林、头孢哌酮、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶、妥布霉素敏感,对氨苄西林、头孢噻吩、麦迪霉素、哌拉西林耐药。说明本试验分离菌株目前耐药性不强,可使用头孢类药物抑制。In order to identify the pathogenic bacteria in the pyometriosis of dogs collected from an animal hospital in Tianjin,the isolation and culture method was used to isolate the pathogenic bacteria.Meanwhile,the biochemical test,drug sensitivity test and 16 S rRNA sequencing were carried out to identify the isolated strains.The homology of the sequencing results was analyzed and the phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results showed that the biochemical characteristics of the two strains(Fl-rj,Fs-rj)were basically the same and similar to Klebsiella pneumoniae.The similarity of 16 S rRNA gene sequencing of the two strains was 99.8%,and the homology between the two strains and Klebsiella pneumoniae(NR117683.1)was 99.6%and 99.9%,respectively,and in the phylogenetic evolutionary tree in the same branch.The two strains were sensitive to aztreonam,cefazolin,cefoperazone,cefotaxime,ceftriaxone,cefepime,ceftazidime,tobramycin,and resistant to ampicillin,cefthiophene,medicin and piperacillin.It indicated that the drug resistance of the strain was not strong at present,and it could be inhibited by cephalosporins.
