In order to clarify the expression and changes in NF-κB and p38 MAPK signaling pathways in dairy cows with foot rot disease, the role of inflammatory signaling pathway in dairy cow with foot rot disease was discussed. The expression of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-4,p38 MAPK and NF-κB in serum of rotten hoof dairy cows and healthy dairy cows were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that compared with healthy dairy cows, the contents of NF-κB and IL-1βincreased significantly(P<0.05),IL-4 increased significantly(P<0.01),TNF-αdecreased significantly(P<0.05)and p38 MAPK increased in foot rot disease dairy cows, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Therefore,NF-κB signaling pathway might play an important role in the regulation of the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in dairy cow hoof disease, the p38 MAPK signaling pathway is not the main signaling pathway that induces inflammatory response during the occurrence of foot rot.
