民国时期非书刊文献的整理出版分期与特征

摘　　要：民国时期非书刊文献历史价值、学术价值非常高,是研究中国近代史的重要资料。经查询梳理,新中国成立后1021种民国时期文献的整理出版物中,非书刊文献的整理出版物有275种,占到总量约1/4,其中包括档案、公报、会议资料、政府文件、资料汇编、调查报告、统计资料、名人年谱、家谱、日记、手稿及书信等,且基本上都是2000年以后的成果。本文以时间为序,将民国时期非书刊文献的整理出版分成3个时期:民国时期非书刊文献的整理出版经历了2000年以前起始发展,2000-2010年波折发展和2010年以后波浪增长3个发展阶段。分别阐述了3个阶段里非书刊的整理出版状况与特征,呈现出的问题表现为:从文献类型看,极不平衡;从出版机构看,过于集中;从出版内容看,选题集中;从编制形式看,索引缺失4个方面。需要出版社从协调选题,加大调研,突显特色等方面进行完善。The historical value and academic value of non-book and non-periodical documents from the Republic of China period are very high,and they are important materials for the study of modern Chinese history.There are 275 kinds of such documents,accounting for about 1/4 of the total 1021 kinds of publications of the period sorted out after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.These include archives,bulletins,conference materials,government documents,data compilation,investigation reports,statistical data,celebrity chronicles,genealogy,diary,manuscripts and letters.In the order of time,this paper divides the collation and publication of non-book and non-periodical documents into three periods,and expounds on the status and characteristics of such collation and publication in the three periods respectively.It also points out the existing problems:extremely unbalanced literature types;concentrated among a few publishing houses;limited number of topics;and the missing of index.The paper concludes with proposals for improvement.
