摘  要:目的分析鹿瓜多肽注射液联合消肿止痛胶囊促进四肢骨折愈合的效果。方法选择本院收治的86例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,按电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各43例。对照组给予鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗,试验组给予鹿瓜多肽注射液联合消肿止痛胶囊治疗。比较两组的骨折愈合情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的断端边缘、骨痂量、骨痂边缘及骨痂密度评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论鹿瓜多肽注射液联合消肿止痛胶囊可促进四肢骨折愈合,且安全性有保障。Objective To analyze the effect of cervas and cucamis polypeptide injection combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule on promoting limb fracture healing.Methods A total of 86 patients with limb fractures admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the computer random digital table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given cervas and cucamis polypeptide injection,and the experimental group was given cervas and cucamis polypeptide injection combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule.The fracture healing and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of edge of fracture end,callus amount,callus edge and callus density in both groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cervas and cucamis polypeptide injection combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule can promote the healing of limb fracture,and its safety is guaranteed.
