7例非嵌合型Klinefelter综合征患者手淫取精结合ICSI技术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非嵌合型Klinefelter综合征患者的生育治疗措施。方法总结2016年5月1日-2018年1月1日于我院生殖医学中心7例非嵌合型Klinefelter综合征患者的临床资料,其精液离心后均检查发现少量精子,配合配偶同步促排卵,并结合卵泡内单精子注射技术(ICSI)进行IVF-ET助孕。结果其中3例患者配偶成功分娩健康婴儿,1例生化妊娠,3例未孕;结论少部分非嵌合型Klinefelter综合征患者手淫取精结合ICSI技术也可能生育健康后代。Objective:To investigate the fertility treatment measures of patients with nonmosaic Klinefelter syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of 7 patients with nonmosaic Klinefelter syndrome in the Reproductive Medicine Center of the Seventh Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from May 1st,2016 to January 1st,2018 were reviewed.After sperm semen centrifugation,a small amount of sperm was found and their wives were concurrent controlled ovarian hyper stimulation with intrafollicular sperm injection technology(ICSI)for IVF-ET.Results:3 cases successfully delivered healthy infants,1 case was biochemical pregnancy,and 3 cases were not pregnant.Conclusion:A small number of nonmosaic Klinefelter syndrome patients with masturbation combined with ICSI technology may also have healthy offspring.
