摘  要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电子背散射衍射分析测试手段,研究了LF6防锈铝合金经过不同补焊处理后的组织形貌特征与变化规律。研究结果表明:随着补焊次数的增多,焊接接头的熔合区、焊缝区和热影响区的晶粒均有不同程度的长大,且均存在第二相的偏聚现象。近缝热影响区晶粒由扁平状转变为等轴或半等轴状,且尺寸逐渐变大。拉伸断口表现为韧性断裂特征。Based on microscopic metallographic,electron backscatter diffraction and scanning electron microscope,the influence of several times TIG repair welding on micro-structure of welded LF6 Aluminum alloy joints was investigated.The grain sizes of the WZ,FZ and HAZ all grew bigger,and bigger and the second phases aggregated gradually with the increase of welding times.In the HAZ near WZ,the flat grains changed into equiaxed or semi-equiaxed grains,the xize of grains was also increasing at the same time.The tensile fracture shows the ductile fracture feature of joints the characteristics of ductile fracture.
