摘 要:为了弄清黄河防汛抢险中抛投的铅丝笼"走失"的根本原因,以铅丝笼为例,建立了水流作用下堤坝边坡上铅丝笼的稳定受力模型,分析了铅丝笼受力及运动状态,推导出了铅丝笼在水流作用下的位移计算公式,定量地研究了流速v、水深h和坡度i对铅丝笼稳定性的影响规律。结果表明,汛期流速v的增大、水深h的增加、堤坝边坡坡度i的减小均能导致铅丝笼顺着水流方向位移的增加,即铅丝笼的稳定性变差。采用增大铅丝笼体积和重量、预留抛投距离和链接、摩擦、系桩等约束铅丝笼的方法均能减小铅丝笼的位移,增强黄河抢险中铅丝笼的稳定性,减少黄河防汛抢险中铅丝笼的大量走失,从而提高抢险效率、节约抢险时间、降低抢险成本,实现黄河抛投抢险的集约化。In order to find out the root cause of the lost lead cage thrown in the flood control and rescue of the Yellow River,taking the lead cage as the research object,this paper established the stable force model of the lead cage on the dam slope subject to the scouring of current.The force and motion state of the lead cage were analyzed.the displacement calculation formula of the lead cage under the action of water flow was deduced.The displacement of the lead cage under the action of water flow was quantitatively calculated.The effects of velocity v,slope i and water depth h on the stability of lead cage were studied.It is found that the increase of velocity vin flood season,the decrease of slope i of dam slope and the increase of water depth hcan lead to the increase of displacement of lead cage along the flow direction,that is,the stability of lead cage becomes worse.The displacement of lead cage can be reduced by increasing the volume and weight of lead cage,reserving throwing distance and linking,friction and tied pile,the stability of lead wire cages can be enhanced,and the loss of lead wire cages can be reduced in the flood control and rescue of the Yellow River.Thus,it improves rescue efficiency,saves rescue time,and reduces rescue costs,which realizes the intensive throwing and rescue of the Yellow River.
