摘  要:应力监测是闸门实时在线监测系统的重要组成部分,为使应力监测结果更精确,欲借助数值模拟还原清零状态时各个点位的应力值。为验证其可行性,在现场进行空载试验,得到闸门在100、8000、9800mm开度时各点位的应力值;再利用有限元软件数值模拟闸门相应状态的静力,并对比数值模拟结果与闸门实时在线监测系统监测的结果。结果表明,数值模拟结果与实际空载试验数据匹配良好,可以使用数值模拟为闸门实时在线监测系统提供清零后的初始应力值。研究成果可为闸门应力实时监测提供参考。Stress monitoring is an important part of the real-time online monitoring system of the water gate.In order to make the stress monitoring result more accurate,numerical simulation was used to restore the stress value of each point in the reset state.In order to verify its feasibility,no-load experiment was carried out in the field,and the stress values at each point of the gate were obtained at the opening degrees of 100,8000 and 9800 mm.Then the finite element software was used to simulate the static force of the gate,and the results of numerical simulation were compared with those of the real-time online monitoring system.It shows that the numerical simulation results are well matched with the actual no-load experimental data,and the numerical simulation can be used to provide the initial stress value after reset state for the real-time online monitoring system of the gate.The research results can provide a reference for the real-time monitoring of gate stress.
