关于推进青岛国际消费中心城市建设的路径研究

摘　　要：青岛建设开放、现代、活力、时尚的国际大都市,需要打造全新城市消费功能。目前青岛市存在外来消费吸引不足、新零售城市综合竞争力有待提升等问题。建议青岛市通过聚焦开放、时尚与国际化,促进国际消费中心建设与国际时尚城、国际化大都市建设同步发展等举措强化优势;聚焦品牌与国际标准,提升青岛消费能级,增强国际消费中心城市的综合竞争力等途径补齐短板;聚焦服务与管理,全面提升青岛消费环境的国际化水平等手段提升环境;聚焦支持和配套,完善和提高青岛国际消费中心城市建设的保障水平等措施完善政策,促进青岛国际消费中心城市建设。To build an open,modern,dynamic and fashionable international metropolis,Qingdao needs to create a brand new urban consumption function.At present,Qingdao has problems such as insufficient foreign consumption attraction,and the comprehensive competitiveness of new retail cities to be improved.It is recommended to strengthen the advantages by focusing on openness,fashion and internationalization,and promoting the simultaneous development of the construction of international consumption center,international fashion city and international metropolis.It is suggested to make up for the shortcomings by focusing on brands and international standards,improving the consumption level of Qingdao,and strengthening the international comprehensive competitiveness of consumption center city.It is also suggested to focus on services and management,comprehensively improve the international level of Qingdao’s consumption environment and other measures to improve the environment;focus on services and supporting facilities,improve the guarantee level of Qingdao’s international consumption center city construction,and promote the construction of Qingdao’s international consumption center city and other measures to improve the policy.
