民族八省区农业保险发展水平及影响因素研究——基于FMOLS和分位数回归的方法

摘　　要：文章首先对民族八省区2008—2016年农业保险发展水平进行评价,然后分别使用面板FMOLS回归和面板分位数回归对影响民族八省区农业保险发展水平的因素进行实证分析。结果表明:自2008年以来,农业保险在各省区得到了快速发展,但是各省区间的发展水平差异较大;从面板FMOLS回归结果可知,影响民族八省区农业保险发展水平的主要因素是农民人均纯收入、产业结构、人均农作物播种面积、农业机械化程度;从面板分位数结果可知,各因素在不同的分位点上对农业保险发展水平的影响存在一定的差异性,其中主要影响因素是产业结构、人均农作物播种面积、农业机械化程度。This paper first evaluates the level of agricultural insurance development in the eight provinces and autonomous regions of China from 2008 to 2016,and then uses panel FMOLS regression and panel quantile regression to conduct an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the level of agricultural insurance development in the eight provinces and autonomous regions.The results show that since 2008,agricultural insurance has developed rapidly in various provinces and autonomous regions,but the level of development varies greatly across provinces.From the panel FMOLS regression results,it can be seen that the main factors affecting the level of agricultural insurance development in the eight ethnic provinces is the per capita income of farmersn net income,industrial structure,per capita crop sown area,and degree of agricultural mechanization.It also can be seen from the panel quantile results that there are certain differences in the influence of various factors on the level of agricultural insurance development at different quantiles.The main influencing factors are Industrial structure,per capita crop sown area,and degree of agricultural mechanization.
