摘　　要：图书馆馆员应当加强对马克思主义的学习,强化马克思主义理论修养,增强政治意识,坚定政治立场,不断提高政治鉴别力。按照相关管理法规的要求,深化对自身工作的认识,培养良好的职业精神,树立良好的公众形象,改进图书馆服务和研究工作。Librarians should strengthen the study of Marxism,strengthen the cultivation of Marxist theory,enhance the political consciousness,firm the political position,and constantly improve the political discrimination.In accordance with the requirements of relevant management laws and regulations,deepen the understanding of their own work,cultivate a good professional spirit,establish a good public image,improve library services and research work.
