摘  要:以3个基因型东方杉的一年生容器苗为材料,试验采用"双套盆法",研究淹水胁迫对3个基因型东方杉生理特性的影响。结果表明,叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,淹水90 d时叶绿素含量分别为对照含量的35.95%、42.32%和45.41%。质膜透性和MDA含量均呈上升趋势,淹水90 d时3个基因型的质膜透性的增幅分别为29.55%、17.12%和24.80%,MDA含量的增幅分别为79.24%、50.06%和17.70%;SOD活性均呈上升趋势,淹水90d时增幅分别为104.68%、61.35%和82.91%,POD活性则与SOD活性相反,表现为下降的趋势,淹水90 d时POD活性分别为对照的57.88%、46.26%和31.00%。可溶性糖含量均为先升后降的变化趋势,DFS03和DFS04基因型均在30 d时含量达最大值,上升幅度分别为80.23%和92.71%,而DFS05基因型在60 d时含量达最大值,上升幅度为86.99%。对6个指标进行分析得出DFS05的耐涝性最强,DFS03的耐涝性最差。In this paper, a waterlogging experiment with"double basin"method was conducted to study the effects of waterlogging stress on the physiological characters of three genotypes with their annual container seedlings as materials. The results showed: the chlorophyll contents all showed decreasing trends, which were 35.95%, 42.32% and 45.41% of the control on the 90 th day, respectively. The plasma membrane permeability and MDA content both showed rising trends, which increased by 29.55%, 17.12%, 24.80%, and 79.24%, 50.06% and 17.70%, respectively on the 90 th day in the three genotypes;the SOD activity showed a rising trend, which rose by 104.68%, 61.35% and 82.91%, respectively, on the contrary, the activity of POD showed a down trend in three genotypes with a decrease rate of 57.88%, 46.26% and 31.00% of the control on the 90 th day, respectively. The content of soluble sugar in the three genotypes increased firstly and then decreased, which in the seedlings of DFS03 and DFS04 genotypes reached the maximum on the 30 th day, with an increase rate of 80.23% and 92.71%, correspondingly. The soluble sugar in the seedlings of DFS05 genotype reached the maximum on the 60 th day, with an increase of 86.99%. It was concluded that DFS05 has the strongest waterlogging resistance, while DFS03 has the weakest waterlogging resistance.
