摘 要:针对高硫铝土矿硫含量较高,不能直接进行经济可行的拜耳法生产氧化铝,本文以降低硫含量为目的,进行高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫试验研究.采用"一粗一精一扫+精矿分级再磨再选"工艺流程方法,通过添加高效浮选脱硫调整剂,实现硫矿物和铝硅酸盐矿物高效分离.本文以河南某地高硫铝土矿为研究对象,原矿石Al2O3质量分数为63.67%,SiO2质量分数为12.25%,铝硅比为5.2,硫含量为1.41%,通过深度浮选脱硫技术处理,得到产率为91.41%,Al2O3质量分数为66.78%,SiO2质量分数为12.55%,铝硅比为5.32,硫含量为0.09%的铝精矿,铝精矿适合于直接拜耳法生产氧化铝.In order to solve the current problem of high sulfur bauxite with high sulfur content that cannot directly and economically produce alumina, this study aims to reduce the sulfur content by conducting a high sulfur bauxite flotation desulfurization test. We adopt the "one coarse, one fine, one sweep + concentrate classification, grinding and re-selection" process method to achieve efficient separation of sulfur minerals and aluminosilicate minerals by adding an efficient flotation desulfurization regulator. This paper takes a high-sulfur bauxite from Henan as a research object. The raw ore Al2O3=63.67%,SiO2=12.25%, an A-S ratio of 5.2 and a sulfur content of 1.41%. Processed by deep flotation desulfurization technology,aluminium concentrates with a yield of 91.41%,Al2O3=66.78%,SiO2=12.2512.55%, an A-S ratio of 5.32,and a sulfur content of 0.09% can be obtained. The aluminum concentrate is suitable for the direct Bayer process to produce oxidation aluminum.
