摘  要:为研究刨削过程中刀座在随机载荷作用下的动态特性及其疲劳寿命,根据BH38/2×400型刨煤机应用煤层煤样性质结合刨煤机结构及其运动参数,利用项目组编制的"刨煤机设计计算系统"软件计算出了刨刀受到的随机载荷,并将刨刀所受载荷施加给刨煤机多体系统模型进行仿真。仿真得到了刀座在工作过程中的动应力及变形情况,通过对刀座应力信息进行雨流计数处理预测出刀座的疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:在与煤发生复杂力学作用下,刀座受力具有非线性的特点;刀座矩形通槽与刨刀背脊接触位置以及刨刀安装方形螺钉所在位置承受较高动应力;采用雨流计数法对刀座累积疲劳损伤进行分析,预测得到刀座疲劳寿命约为475.7 d;通过对刨削试验测得的刨削阻力与计算值进行比较,结合刨煤机实际应用情况,验证了仿真结果的准确性。In order to study the dynamic characteristics and fatigue life of the plow bit-holede in the cutting process,according to the coal sample property and structure and motion parameters of plow,the random load of BH38/2×400 type coal plow bit was calculated by a software system of coal plow design and calculation.The load was applied to the multi body system model of the coal plow.The dynamic stress and the deformation distribution of the bit-holder in the working process were obtained by dynamic simulation.The fatigue life of the bit-holder was predicted by the rain flow counting of the stress information.Research results show that:under the action of complex mechanics with coal,the load of plow bit is non-linear.Under the action of nonlinear load,the areas with higher dynamic stresses are mainly concentrated in the contact position between rectangular groove of bit-holder and the back of plow bit,and the position of the square screw also suffered higher dynamic stresse.The cumulative fatigue damage of the bit-holder was analyzed by rain flow counting method,and the fatigue life was predicted to be about 475.7 days.According to the comparison between the test value and the calculated value of plow bit,combined with the practical application feedback of the plow,the accuracy of the simulation results was verified.
