彩色多普勒超声联合MSCT对女性卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声合多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查诊断女性卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法选取本院2018年6月至2019年2月收治的70例女性卵巢恶性肿瘤患者,收集患者临床及影像学资料。总结卵巢恶性肿瘤在彩色多普勒超声及MSCT检查中的图像表现,对比经彩色多普勒超声、MSCT检查以及两者联合检查对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏度及特异度。结果彩色多普勒超声对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏度及特异度分别为84.29%、77.14%,MSCT对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断诊断灵敏度及特异度分别为87.14%、88.57%,两者比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);彩色多普勒超声联合MSCT对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏度、特异度分别为98.57%、97.14%,明显高于单一的彩色多普勒超声和MSCT检查卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏度和特异度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声和MSCT检查均可有效显示卵巢恶性肿瘤的影像学特点,两者联合可以更有效的提高卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏度和特异性,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with MSCT in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors.Methods 70 patients with ovarian malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.Clinical and imaging data were collected.To summarize the image manifestations of ovarian malignant tumors in color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT examination,and to compare the sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound,MSCT examination and combined examination of them for the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors.Results The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound for ovarian malignant tumors were 84.29%and 77.14%,respectively.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of MSCT for ovarian malignant tumors were 87.14%and 88.57%,respectively.There was no statistical difference between them(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound combined with MSCT for ovarian malignant tumors were 98.57%and 97.14%,respectively,which was significantly higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT examination can effectively show the imaging features of ovarian malignant tumors.The combination of them can more effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for ovarian malignant tumors,and is worthy of clinical application.
