摘　　要：目的探究互联网分级诊疗平台在医院高血压优化管理中的应用效果。方法选取高血压患者400例为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各200例。实验组实行互联网分级诊疗高血压优化管理模式,对照组实施传统高血压管理和诊疗模式。比较2组患者干预12个月后血压水平、药物治疗依从性、高血压并发症发生率、治疗满意度及相关卫生经济成本。结果实施干预后,实验组患者血压控制水平以及高血压并发症的发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗依从性和治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互联网分级诊疗下高血压管理模式相比传统管理模式更具优势。Objective To explore the application of internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform in the optimal management of hypertension in hospitals.Methods A totalof 400 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 200 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were taken the same antihypertension treatment.The observation group implemented the optimized management model of internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment for hypertension,and the control group implemented traditional hypertension management and treatment model.After 12 months of intervention,blood pressure control levels,medication compliance,incidence of hypertension complications,treatment satisfaction,and associated health and economic costs were evaluated in both groups.Results After intervention,the blood pressure control level and the incidence of hypertension complications in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance and satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform has significant advantages than traditional management mode.
