补气活血汤联合康复锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者术后综合征的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补气活血汤联合康复锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的应用效果。方法选取本院脊柱一科住院行腰椎间盘突出手术并发综合征的59例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组29例和观察组30例。对照组采用常规护理配合康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上服用补气活血汤。比较2组患者腰椎术后第1、3、6个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰椎术后综合征发生率及生活质量情况。结果观察组疼痛评分和腰椎术后综合征发生率低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补气活血汤联合康复锻炼能有效预防腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征,减轻患者术后疼痛,提高患者生活质量,利于术后早日康复。Objective To investigate the effect of Buqi Huoxue Decoction combined with rehabilitation exercise on postoperative syndrome of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 59 patients with postoperative syndrome after lumbar disc herniation surgery in our hospital were included in the study.They were divided into control group(n=29)and observation group(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing combined with rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was given Buqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,the incidence of postoperative syndrome and the quality of life at 1,3,6 month after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score and the incidence of postoperative lumbar syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buqi Huoxue Decoction combined with rehabilitation exercise can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative syndrome of lumbar spine,relieve pain of patients after operation,and improve quality of life,which is conducive to the early recovery of lumbar disc herniation.
