摘  要:本文为京雄城际铁路黄固特大桥跨北京南六环工程项目,梁体为预应力混凝土连续梁,施工方案采用悬臂浇筑施工。挂篮结构分主桁承重和模板两大系统。主桁承重系统包括主桁片、前后横梁片、平联、后锚和行走五部分。模板系统包括底模、侧模、内模、工作平台四部分。由于合拢段在六环上方,并且不具备断交施工条件,所以需要在梁体合拢完成后,将挂篮后退到可施工区域再进行拆除作业。This paper is a project of Huanggu Super-large Bridge crossing Beijing South Sixth Ring Road on Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway.The beam body is prestressed concrete continuous beam,and the construction scheme is cantilever casting construction.The hanging basket structure is divided into two major systems:main truss bearing system and formwork system.The main truss bearing system consists of five parts:main truss,front and rear crossbeam,horizontal joint,rear anchor and walking.The formwork system includes four parts:bottom formwork,side formwork,internal formwork and working platform.Because the closure section is above the Sixth Ring Road,and does not have the construction conditions for blocking traffic,it is necessary to retreat the hanging basket to the construction area before demolition after the beam body is closed.
