摘 要:装备资格审查是对装备承制单位能力的考核评价,是确保装备质量的重要保证。以探索由关注承制单位"门槛"资格向关注能力建设提升转变为主线,分析介绍了可靠性系统工程能力相关知识,研究刻画了可靠性系统工程能力成熟度模型体系,最后,对可靠性系统工程能力评价内容充实到装备资格审查工作中的应用进行了解析,为装备资格审查工作的创新发展提供有益参考。Equipment qualification examination is an assessment and evaluation of the capability of equipment manufacturing units and an important guarantee to ensure the quality of equipment.In order to explore the change from paying attention to the"threshold"qualification of the undertaking unit to paying attention to the improvement of capacity building as the main line,the relative knowledge of capability in reliability system engineering is analyzed and introduced,and the capability maturity model system of reliability system engineering is studied and depicted.Finally,the idea of enriching the content of capability evaluation in reliability system engineering into equipment qualification examination is analyzed.It provides a useful reference for the innovation and development of equipment qualification examination.
