摘 要:光缆中的光纤主要材料是石英,由于石英是一种非金属材料,所以光信号在传输的过程中不受外界电磁场的干扰。但绝大多数在用光缆并不是无金属光缆,其内部结构中的金属加强芯、金属护套都会受到雷电的影响,尤其是直埋光缆,一旦遭受雷击,抢修比较困难,造成的损失往往无法估量。随着光纤光缆在现代通信领域的地位越来越重要,搞清雷击对光缆的影响,认识雷击光缆的规律,探索光缆防雷电安全措施,在日常光缆通信线路维护工作中显得非常必要。The main material of the optical fiber in the optical cable is quartz.Since quartz is a non-metallic material,the optical signal is not interfered by the external electromagnetic field during the transmission process.However,the vast majority of optical cables in use are not metal-free optical cables.The metal reinforcement core and metal sheath in the internal structure will be affected by lightning,especially direct buried optical cables.Once lightning strikes,it is difficult to repair and it may cause incalculable loss.With the increasing importance of fiber optic cables in the field of modern communications,it is necessary to understand the impact of lightning strikes on optical cables,understand the rules of lightning cables,and explore the safety measures for lightning protection of optical cables.
