浅谈数字化对飞机模线样板的影响

摘　　要：工装是飞机制造过程的第一道产品,而模线样板又是工装的排头兵。本文首先介绍了数字化的概念和特点,接着从构建数字化协同工作平台、开展精益生产研究、建设多种计算机辅助设计环境三个方面进行了详细分析,最后对模线样板发展方向提出了构想和建议。The first production is the craft equipments in the process of the aircraft manufacture,and mould template is the vanguard.In this paper,it is introduced firstly about the conception and characteristic of the digital.Then three ideas are described,and they are been structured the digitalized coordination work platform,developed the lean production research and build the much computer aided design environmental.Finally some visions and advice are advanced for development.
