摘 要:操控电磁波的极化状态在各个工程领域中都有重要的作用和参考价值.为了更好地实现电磁波的极化调控,提出了一种具有频移特性的超宽带极化旋转超表面.仿真结果表明,通过改变超表面的结构参数,其交叉极化反射率大于0.9的频带范围分别为6.17~14.29,6.67~17.31,8.87~23.19,13.26~35.07 GHz,实现了频带范围从8.12 GHz到21.81 GHz的蓝移和扩展.其中,在13.26~35.07 GHz的频带范围内,极化转换率的最小值为95%左右,近乎完美地实现了超宽带、高极化转换率的极化转换效果.另外,提出的超表面在其工作频带范围内的2个频率点上还可以实现线极化入射波到圆极化反射波的极化转换.该极化旋转超表面在天线设计、雷达等通信领域有重要的应用.Manipulating the polarization state of electromagnetic waves plays an important role in various engineering fields.In order to better achieve the polarization conversion of the metasurface,an ultra-wideband polarization conversion metasurface with frequency-shift characteristics is proposed.By changing the structural parameters of the metasurface,the range of the cross-polarization reflection with a minimum value greater than 0.9 are 6.17~14.29,6.67~17.31,8.87~23.19,13.26~35.07 GHz from the simulation results,respectively.The band extends and blue shifts from 8.12 GHz to 21.81 GHz.Among them,in the band of 13.26~35.07 GHz,the minimum value of the polarization conversion rate is about 95%,and the polarization conversion effect of ultrawideband and high polarization conversion rate is almost perfectly realized.The ultra-broadband characteristics and high polarization conversion rate are realized based on the metasurface.In addition,the presented metasurface is able to convert the linearly polarized incident wave into circularly polarized reflection wave at two frequency points of the four metasurfaces in different parameters,it has important applications in antenna design,radar and other communication fields.
