摘 要:选择高效模板剂P123,以水热合成法制备介孔分子筛,以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法将TiO2负载到分子筛SBA-15上,最后以氧氯化锆为金属源,采用浸渍法将金属沉积到TiO2-SBA-15上,得到新型光催化剂Zr-TiO2-SBA-15.通过FT-IR,SEM,TEM等实验分析方法对新材料进行表征.选择模拟染料甲基橙溶液对Zr-TiO2-SBA-15的降解能力进行考察,最终确定最佳条件为:锆沉积量为1%的Zr-TiO2-SBA-15在pH值为4、光催化剂添加量为15 mg、甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度为5 mg/L时,对甲基橙的最大降解率为87.1%.The high-efficiency template P123 was selected,and mesoporous molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The widely used tetrabutyl titanate was selected as the titanium source.The TiO2 was supported on the molecular sieve SBA-15 by sol-gel method.Zirconium was used as the metal source,and the metal was deposited on TiO2-SBA-15 by the impregnation method to obtain a new type of photocatalyst Zr-TiO2-SBA-15.The new materials were characterized by experimental analysis methods such as FT-IR,SEM,and TEM.The simulated dye methyl orange solution was selected to investigate the degradation ability of Zr-TiO2-SBA-15,and the optimal conditions were finally determined,Zr-TiO2-SBA-15 with a zirconium deposition amount of 1%at pH 4 and photocatalyst addition when the amount was 15 mg and the initial concentration of methyl orange solution was 5 mg/L,the maximum degradation rate of methyl orange was 87.1%.
