摘 要:通过对高水平足球运动员间歇低氧训练(IHT)后冲刺速度变化的研究,进一步分析IHT训练机制,为足球运动项目建立对应的IHT训练模型,使IHT训练成为足球运动中具备实用价值的辅助训练方法,促进足球运动员的短途冲刺水平.以安徽地龙足球俱乐部的20名男子足球运动员为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各10人.在实验过程中,低氧组模拟2500m海拔的低氧环境进行IHT训练,对照组在正常氧气条件下进行训练.测试3周训练后2组足球运动员在100 m冲刺跑中的平均用时、峰值速度和心率.研究结果显示,IHT训练能够显著降低运动员在100 m冲刺跑中的平均用时,实验组的峰值速度显著提升了8.6%(p<0.001).研究表明,模拟低氧条件下的IHT训练是提高足球运动员冲刺速度的一种有效训练手段.Through the research on the change of sprint speed of high level football players after IHT,further analyze the IHT training mechanism,establish the corresponding IHT training model for football events,make IHT training become a practical auxiliary training method in football,and promote the short-distance sprint level of football players.Taking 20 men's football players of Anhui Dilong football club as the research object,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,10 people in each group.During the experiment,the hypoxic group simulated the hypoxic environment of 2500 m altitude for IHT training,the control group was trained under normal oxygen condition.The average time,peak speed and heart rate of two groups of football players in 100 m sprint after 3 weeks training were measured.The results show that IHT training can significantly reduce the average running time of athletes in the 100 m sprint,and the peak speed of the experimental group significantly increased by 8.6%(P<0.001).It is proved that IHT training under simulated hypoxia is an effective training method to improve the sprint speed of football players.
