摘 要:我国社会、经济以及生态需求正在以日新月著之势发生巨变,随之所带来的消费升级,使得陆运活鲜类产业有了新的创产空间。陆运活鲜水产品其包装由传统的大批量仓储配送模式,逐渐转变为由成本、客户满意度、差异个性化等多维度发展的供应链系统模式。围绕可持续理念,突破陆运活鲜水产品包装其资源成本消耗高,功能局限性强、包装材料安全隐患多以及协同作业难度大等问题,成为包装设计致力于解决的难题。China’s social,economic and ecological demands are undergoing great changes in progress with each passing day.The resulting consumption upgrading has given fresh aquatic food in land transportation a new space to create production.The packaging of fresh aquatic food in land transportation has gradually changed from the traditional mass storage and distribution mode to a supply chain system mode in multi-dimensional development such as cost,customer satisfaction and differential personalization.Around the concept of sustainability,it has become a challenge that packaging design is committed to solving for breaking through such problems as high consumption of resource cost,strong functional limitations,many potential safety hazards of packaging materials and great difficulty in cooperative operation in the packaging of fresh aquatic food in land transportation.
