丹参注射液对冠心病患者血小板活化、凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参注射液对冠心病患者血小板活化、凝血功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月于我院就诊的冠心病患者200例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100例,两组均采用常规的药物治疗,观察组加用丹参注射液治疗,比较两组治疗后的血小板活化(PF4、CD62P)、凝血功能(PT、APTT、TT、Fb)及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组的PF4、CD62P均有显著降低(P<0.05),组间治疗后的差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的PT、APTT、TT均显著延长,组间治疗后的差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后两组的Fb均显著降低,组间治疗后的Fb差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组的不良反应率为4%,观察组为7%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液有助于改善冠心病患者血小板活化和凝血功能。Objective To observe the effects of Danshen injection on platelet activation and coagulation function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional drug therapy, and observation group was additionally given Danshen injection. The platelet activation(PF4, CD62 P), coagulation function(PT, APTT, TT, Fb) and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PF4 and CD62 P were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05), and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the PT, APTT and T were significantly prolonged in the two groups, and the differences between groups after treatment were significant(P<0.05), and the Fb in the two groups was significantly decreased after treatment, and the difference in Fb between groups was not significant(P>0.05). The rate of adverse reactions was 4% in control group and was 7% in observation group(P>0.05). Conclusion Danshen injection helps to improve platelet activation and coagulation in patients with coronary heart disease.
