摘　　要：基于政府对创业板上市公司的创新补贴面板数据,旨在考察创新补贴影响企业创新质量和效率的微观效应及其组态路径。单要素层面研究发现:政府创新补贴显著地促进了企业创新质量和效率;政府创新补贴对大型企业、市场竞争激烈企业和高风险偏好企业的创新影响更加明显。要素组合的整体层面,使用模糊定性比较分析法(fsQCA)研究发现,政府创新补贴和企业创新投入要素组合从整体上提升了企业创新质量和效率;在政府创新补贴高的情况下,具有高风险偏好的成熟型企业更容易提高创新质量;在政府创新补贴高和企业创新投入高的要素组合中,大企业更能提高创新效率。Using manual-collected panel data of government innovation subsidy in the listed enterprises in Shenzhen GEM Market,this paper analyzes the microscopic effects of government innovation subsidy on the quality of innovation,innovation efficiency of enterprises and its configuration path.Empirical analysis results show that government innovation subsidy has a significant role in promoting the innovation quality and innovation efficiency of enterprises.And the impact of government innovation subsidy on the innovation of large-scale enterprises,intense market competition enterprises and high CEO risk preference enterprises is more obvious.In addition,from the perspective of the overall and the combination of elements by using fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis,further research found that the configuration path of government innovation subsidy and enterprise innovation quality,innovation efficiency.Mature and high CEO risk preference enterprises have high enterprise innovation quality under the condition of high government innovation subsidy.And high government innovation subsidy with high enterprise R&D investment can easy promote the enterprise innovation efficiency.
