摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的视域下,推进乡镇政府生态环境治理能力现代化,既是对社会主要矛盾转化的必然回应,也是实现国家治理能力现代化的重要内容,更是转变乡村治理模式的现实需要。然而,目前我国乡镇政府生态环境治理能力现代化仍面临治理理念落后、主体责任缺失、行动能力较低和供给能力不足等诸多困境。乡镇政府可从更新乡村生态环境治理现代化理念、发挥生态环境治理主体责任、运用先进生态环境治理技术和健全乡村生态环境治理制度体系等维度出发,切实提升乡镇政府生态环境治理现代化的水平,大力推进乡村振兴进程。With the development of the rural revitalization strategy,the modernization of ecological environment governance capabilities of the township government has become a social issue. Because of the inevitable response to the transformation of the main social contradictions,the important dimensions of national governance modernization,the practical needs of the transformation of rural governance models,the modernization of township government’s ecological environment governance capabilities is gradually put on the agenda. The modernization of ecological environment governance capacity of the township government,however,is confronted with four aspects of dilemma concerning governance concept,main responsibility,action capacity and supply capacity.Therefore,the township government is obliged to establish the modern concept of rural ecological environment governance,give full play to the main responsibility of ecological environment governance,adopt sophisticated ecological environment governance,and improve the rural ecological environment governance system. By doing so,the township government will be able to earnestly improve the ability to modernize their ecological environment governance,and vigorously promote the process of rural revitalization.
