摘 要:为了筛选大花绣球"马雷夏尔"最佳扦插部位及扦插基质,将插穗分为顶芽和非顶芽插穗2种,分别插入泥炭土、黄泥和沙3种不同的基质中,比较了"马雷夏尔"不同部位插穗在不同扦插基质中的生长情况。结果表明:在3种基质中,顶芽插穗均比非顶芽插穗长势更好,顶芽插穗和非顶芽插穗生长的最佳基质均为泥炭土。顶芽插穗在基质泥炭土中的生根率和生根指数最高,分别为84.375%和10912.66,非顶芽插穗在基质黄泥中的生根率最高而在基质泥炭土中的生根指数最高,分别为65.625%和3307.91。In order to select the best cutting positions and matrix of Hydrangea macrohylla‘Marechal foch’seedlings,we implanted terminal bud and non-terminal bud cuttings into peat soil, yellow mud and sand respectively, and compared their growth conditions. Results showed that terminal bud cutting grew well than non-terminal cutting under three different matrixes, and peat soil was the best matrix for the growth of two cuttings. The rooting rate and rooting index of terminal bud cuttings in peat soil were up to 84.375 % and 10912.66, respectively. The rooting rate of non-terminal bud cuttings in mud and the rooting index of non-terminal bud cuttings in peat soil reached 65.625 % and 3307.91, respectively.
