摘 要:山西省柳林县庄上煤矿5^#煤层进风巷道掘进工作面设计从煤仓中穿过,煤仓壁在围岩应力和采动影响下极易造成破坏失稳。采用理论分析和现场实测的方法,分析煤仓壁和围岩的应力分布规律,确定合理的煤仓加固方案,即煤仓顶板架棚结合水泥背板,煤仓壁采用锚杆支护加固,煤仓底部充填矸石和煤渣结合高水材料注浆的方式进行支护。工程实践表明,煤仓加固后在掘进及回采期间煤仓变形较小,满足安全生产的要求。Design of driving face of No.5 coal seam air entrance roadway crossing through the coal bunker in Zhuangshang coal mine of Liulin county,Shanxi province. The wall of coal bunker is easily destroyed and unstable under the influence of surrounding rock stress and mining. Adopts the methods of theoretical analysis and field measurement,analysis of stress distribution law of coal bunker wall and surrounding rock, determine the reasonable reinforcement scheme of coal bunker,That is,the roof of coal bunker combined with cement backboard,the coal bunker wall reinforcement with bolt support,the bottom of coal bunker supporting by filling gangue and cinder combined with grouting with high water content material. Engineering practice shows that,the deformation of coal bunker is small during excavation and mining after reinforcement of coal bunker,meets the requirement of safe production.
