摘 要:为了研究某矿山工作面区段煤柱宽度合理留设问题,以该工作面地质条件为工程背景,采用FLAC^3D数值软件研究了巷道掘进、一次采动和二次采动工程扰动下20、25、30 m区段煤柱的稳定性,分析了煤柱垂直应力和塑性区破坏演化规律,并确定合理的区段煤柱宽度。结果表明,在综合考虑安全生产和经济效益的条件下认为该工作面区段煤柱最佳宽度为25 m,锚杆支护可有效降低工程扰动时煤柱的垂直位移量,但对煤柱支承压力分布特征则无显著影响。In order to study the reasonable width of coal pillars in a mining face,studies the geological conditions of the working face as the engineering background,and uses FLAC^3D numerical software to study the stability of 20,25,30 m coal pillars after roadway excavation,primary mining and secondary mining. The evolution law of vertical stress and plastic failure zone is analyzed, and the reasonable coal pillar width is determined. The results show that the optimal width of the section coal pillar is 25 m under the condition of comprehensive consideration of safe production and economic benefits. Bolt support can effectively reduce the vertical displacement of the coal pillar caused by mining, but has no significant effect on the bearing pressure distribution of the coal pillar.
