摘 要:赵固一矿18011工作面上覆巨厚冲积层,煤层顶板基岩较薄,应用地面定向钻探注浆技术改善采煤工作面底板状况,消除煤炭开采时底板突水水害威胁。通过应用地面多分支定向钻孔技术,全面覆盖工作面探查治理区域,有效降低钻探施工成本,提高施工效率。通过选择"绿色"钻井液处理剂并进行分段钻井液设计,有效降低钻探施工对环境的影响,避免钻探事故,克服钻探技术难题。In Zhaogu No.1 coal mine,18011 working face is covered with thick alluvium,and the roof bedrock of coal seam is thin. The ground directional drilling grouting technology is applied to improve the floor condition of coal mining face and eliminate water inrush from floor during mining. Through the application of ground multi-branch directional drilling technology,the exploration and treatment area of the working face can be covered comprehensively,the drilling construction cost can be effectively reduced and the construction efficiency can be improved. By choosing "green" drilling fluid treatment agent and designing subsection drilling fluid,the influence of drilling construction on environment is effectively reduced, drilling accidents are avoided and drilling technical problems are overcome.
