摘 要:为了使钻屑瓦斯解吸指标法更为有效地预测顺和煤矿二2煤层局部工作面煤与瓦斯突出的发生,且得到最为敏感的预测指标,以钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1与Δh2物理意义为研究基础,结合巴雷尔公式与瓦斯解吸量相等关系推导两钻屑瓦斯解吸指标之间的关系,并提取煤样进行实验室试验,拟合大量数据进一步提高两者的转换精度,并对其K1与Δh2的可靠性进行分析。得出结论:钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1与Δh2呈线性关系,线性常数为0.001 6;其吸附平衡压力与所测钻屑瓦斯解吸指标值呈正相关;对于破坏类型较高的煤体,Δh2相比K1具有更高的敏感性和预测的准确性,因此顺和煤矿二2煤层工作面煤与瓦斯突出的预测更适合选用钻屑瓦斯解吸指标Δh2。In order to make the method of drilling cuttings desorption index more effective in predicting the occurrence of coal and gas outburst in local working face of No.2 coal seam in Shunhe coal mine and get the most sensitive prediction index, based on the physical meaning of drilling cuttings desorption index K1 and Δh2, the relationship between the two drilling cuttings desorption indexes is deduced according to the equal relationship between Barrel formula and gas desorption amount, and the coal samples are extracted for laboratory test. Experiments show that fitting a large number of data further improves the conversion accuracy of the two, and the reliability of K1 and Δh2 is analyzed. It is concluded that the linear relationship between the desorption index K1 and Δh2 is 0.001 6, and the adsorption equilibrium pressure is positively correlated with the measured desorption index value. For coal with higher damage type, the Δh2 has higher sensitivity and accuracy than K1, so the prediction of coal and gas outburst in No.2 coal seam of Shunhe coal mine is more suitable for choosing the desorption index Δh2.
