摘  要:为了优化直线振动筛侧板的综合性能,对振动筛侧板加强肋的结构进行优化设计,对比了多种加强肋位置布局形态,使振动筛侧板的寿命增加。以ZKB直线振动筛的侧板为例,设计了多种侧板加强肋的形态,并利用ANSYS软件进行有限元仿真分析,对其加强肋的布局进行优化,对比前后优化的结果,可得到一种新型的加强肋结构,优化后的工作频率较其结构固有频率有一定的提升,说明该加强肋布局能有效提升侧板的使用寿命。In order to optimize the comprehensive performance of the side plates of the linear vibrating screen, optimizes the structure of the side ribs of the vibrating screen, compares the layout of various reinforcing ribs, and increases the life of the side plates of the vibrating screen. Taking the side plate of ZKB linear vibrating screen as an example, the shape of various side ribs is designed, and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out by ANSYS software to optimize the layout of the ribs. A new type of reinforced rib structure is obtained, and the optimized working frequency has a certain improvement compared with the natural frequency of the structure, indicating that the rib layout can effectively improve the service life of the side slab.
