摘　　要：目的:在精准帮扶背景下探索建设紧密型医联体护理团队,总结团队建设经验和效果。方法:分析紧密型医联体护理单元现状,在被帮扶单位实施同质化、同步化护理管理体系与培训体系,总结精准帮扶下建设紧密型医联体护理团队的实践经验。结果:通过为期一年的帮扶建设,被帮扶单位护理单元已达到护理同质同步管理,护理管理能力及护理业务水平显著提升。结论:精准化帮扶对于紧密型医联体护理团队建设起到了重要作用。Objective:To explore the construction of a nursing team in tight-knit medical alliance under the background of precision assistance and to summarize the effects of team building.Methods:Analyze the status of nursing units in the tight-knit medical alliance,construct the nursing management system and training system,which were characterized by homogeneity and synchronization,and summarize the experience of building a nursing team in tight-knit medical alliance under the background of precision assistance.Results:The homogeneous and synchronous management system was developed in the assisted nursing unit,and the nursing management level and nursing care level have been significantly improved after one year of intervention.Conclusion:Accurate assistance has played an important role in the construction of nursing team in tight-knit medical alliance.
