摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,分析全国名老中医时毓民教授治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床用药经验及其组方规律。方法收集时教授治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的方剂,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),录入方剂信息,建立方剂数据库,利用软件数据挖掘方法,分析时教授治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的用药经验及组方规律。结果筛选方剂共117首,中药共计138味,使用频次前10味的药物为炙甘草、炙黄芪、大枣、麦冬、陈皮、炒白术、神曲、石斛、川芎、丹参,提取新处方核心药物组合共12个,演化新处方5个。结论时教授治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染从肺、脾、肾三脏论治,在治疗上运用培土生金、金水相生法,多采用补益类药物,配以活血通络以及收敛止汗的药物。软件分析产生的新方,可以进行临床推广应用。Objective This paper analyzes the clinical medication experience and composing principle of professor SHI Yumin,national famous veteran doctor of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) in children based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5) software.Methods After collecting prescriptions of professor SHI for the treatment of RRTI,we used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5) to input prescription information,establish prescription database,and use the software data mining method to analyze his medication experience and composing principle for treating children with RRTI.Results Total 117 prescriptions were screened involving 138-component Chinese materia medica.The top 10-component frequently used medicinals are Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle),Zhihuangqi(Astragali radix Praeparata cum Melle),Dazao(Jujubae fructus),Maidong(Ophiopogonis radix),Chenpi(Citri reticulatae Pericarpium),Chaobaizhu(Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma tostum),Shenqu(Massa medicata Fermentata), Shihu(Dendrobii caulis),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong rhizoma),Danshen(Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma).Twelve core medicinal combinations of new prescriptions were extracted and 5 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion Professor SHI differentially treats RRTI in children from the three zang-organs of lung,spleen and kidney.In the treatment, he uses the methods of banking up earth to generate metal and mutual promotion between metal and water,and uses the tonics more,together with medicinals of activating blood to dredge collaterals as well as astringing to stop sweat.The new formula generated by software analysis can be used for clinical promotion and application.
