茯苓甘草汤及单味中药对幽门螺旋杆菌体外抑菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察茯苓甘草汤及其单味中药的水煎液和动物含药血清对Hp的体外抑菌的作用。方法:用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法和打孔法测量药物水煎液对Hp抑菌圈直径,将12只SD大鼠按照茯苓甘草汤原方及茯苓甘草肉桂方水煎剂大、中、小剂量的不同给其每天灌胃,连续灌胃7d,最后1d连续2次灌胃,中间间隔2h,末次给药3h后腹主动脉取血放置1h,离心、抽取血清,灭活除菌,制备含药血清。用打孔法测量含药血清的抑菌圈直径。结果:甘草、生姜、茯苓甘草汤原方及肉桂方对Hp敏感,茯苓甘草汤原方含药血清对Hp敏感,且敏感度不受灌胃药物浓度影响,肉桂方对Hp敏感,灌胃浓度低含药血清敏感度也随之降低。茯苓对Hp无明显抑菌作用。结论:茯苓甘草汤、茯苓甘草肉桂汤(等质量肉桂代替桂枝的肉桂方,以下简称肉桂方)对Hp有中度敏感的抑菌作用,高剂量肉桂方抑菌与原方无明显差异,考虑可用肉桂代替桂枝,进一步动物体内造模实验论证其治疗作用。Objective:To observe the bacteriostatic effect of poring liquorice decoction and its single Chinese herbal decoction on Hp in vitro.Methods:The drug sensitive paper AGAR diffusion method and drilling method to measure drug bacteriostatic circle diameter,the water decoction of Hp will be 12SD rats and poria cocos on the basis of poria cocos licorice soup original party liquorice decoction of cinnamon with water decoction with large,medium and small doses of different to its daily lavage,continuous lavage 7d,the last two consecutive lavage,1dinterval of 2h,the last delivery after 3habdominal aortic blood placed 1h,centrifugal,extract serum,inactivated bacteria,preparation of medicated serum.The diameter of bacteriostatic zone was measured by perforating method.Results:Licorice root,ginger,poria liquorice root soup and cinnamon root were sensitive to Hp,and the serum of poria liquorice root soup was sensitive to Hp,and the sensitivity was not affected by the drug concentration in gavage.Tuckahoe has no obvious bacteriostatic effect on Hp.Conclusion:Poring liquorice root soup and poring liquorice root soup(equal quality cinnamon instead of cassia twig cinnamon square,hereinafter referred to as cinnamon square)have moderately sensitive bacteriostasis effect on Hp,and the bacteriostasis effect of high-dose cinnamon square is not significantly different from the original recipe,so it is considered that cassia twig can be replaced with cinnamon,and further demonstration of therapeutic model building in vivo.
