摘  要:目的:优选紫冬凝胶的提取工艺。方法:结合单因素试验,选择提取时间、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数为考察因素,以总萘醌含量及浸膏得率为综合评价指标,采用正交试验法优选出最佳的提取工艺。结果:考虑节约时间及溶剂,优选的最佳提取工艺是选用乙醇超声法提取,以12倍量70%乙醇为溶剂,超声提取45min,提取1次。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行,操作简便,高效省时。Objective:Optimization of extraction technology for the Zidong gel.Methods:Combined with the single factor test,the optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with the selection of extraction time、ethanol concentration、ethanol dosage、extraction times and the content of total naphthoquinone and the yield of extract as the comprehensive evaluation index.Results:Considering saving time and solvent,the optimum extraction technology is ultrasonic extraction with 12-fold 70%ethanol for 45minutes and once extraction.Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible,not only easy to operate but also efficient and time saving.
