摘  要:目的:建立产地鲜切加工片姜黄的指纹图谱,并对片姜黄中莪术二酮、吉玛酮、呋喃二烯和β-榄香烯进行同时测定。方法:对10批产地鲜加工片姜黄进行分析,建立片姜黄的指纹图谱,用相似度软件建立指纹图谱共有模式,同时测定了莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯和β-榄香烯4个成分的含量。结果:不同批次产地加工片姜黄中莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯、β-榄香烯含量有所差异,介于10.935~23.573、3.196~7.256、10.707~25.034、3.331~8.629mg/g之间;筛选得不同批次产地加工片姜黄HPLC指纹图谱26个共有峰,其中指认了莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯、β-榄香烯4个共有峰,22号峰(呋喃二烯)为参照峰,10个批次片姜黄HPLC指纹图谱与共有模式谱的相似性良好,相似度≥0.991。结论:整体看,片姜黄主要来源于温郁金的根茎,地域相对局限,故从化学成分组成上来看无明显差异,而指标性成分莪术二酮、吉马酮、呋喃二烯和β-榄香烯的含量有所差异。综合多成分含量测定和指纹图谱分析能较全面地反映片姜黄的整体和部分内在品质差异,可为片姜黄质量控制提供参考。Objective:To establish the fingerprint and determine the contents of Curdione,Germacrone,Furanodiene andβ-Elemene of Rhizoma wenyujin habitat fresh-cut processed.Methods:The common mode of HPLC fingerprints of 10batches of Rhizoma wenyujin was established with similarity evaluation software and simultaneous determined the contents of Curdione,Germacrone,Furanodiene andβ-Elemene.Results:Mass concentration of 4components had good linear relation with peak.The contents of Curdione,Germacrone,Furanodiene andβ-Elemene of 10batches of Rhizoma wenyujin which processed in production were different,that listed as the followings:10.935~23.573、3.196~7.256、10.707~25.034、3.331~8.629mg/g.In the chromatography fingerprint with HPLC-DAD of Rhizoma wenyujin,26common peaks were demarcated and Curdione,Germacrone,Furanodiene andβ-Elemene were indentified,with the No.4peak(Furanodiene)as the reference peak.HPLC fingerprint of Rhizoma wenyujin to the common pattern was better with the similarity value≥0.991.Conclusion:On the whole,Rhizoma wenyujin was the rhizome Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling from,the area was relatively limited,so the chemical component not obvious difference.But the contents of Curdione,Germacrone,Furanodiene andβ-Elemene was different.Indicates that inner difference of the chemical component in various batches of Rhizoma wenyujin can be reflected by this method,which can be used for quality control.
