摘 要:目的:优化金银花中挥发油的提取工艺。方法:水蒸气蒸馏-盐析法提取金银花挥发油,以加水量、提取时间、氯化钠浓度为考察因素,采用效应面法,以金银花挥发油提取率为指标,通过回归分析各工艺参数与响应值之间的关系,预测最佳提取工艺。结果:金银花挥发油的优选提取工艺为:浸泡时间为1h,提取时间7h,加水量为20倍药材量,盐析液氯化钠浓度为8.5%。结论:水蒸气蒸馏-盐析法适合用于金银花挥发油的提取,挥发油提取率高。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of honeysuckle volatile oil.Methods:Steam distillation and salting out method was used for the extraction of Honeysuckle volatile oil.Water amount,extraction time and sodium chloride concentration was selected as factors and volatile oil extraction rate was selected as index,response surface methodology was used to explore the optimal conditions for extracting volatile oil from Honeysuckle following regression analysis of the relationship between extraction parameters and extraction rate of volatile oil.Results:The optimized extraction process was as follows:the soak time was 1h,the extraction time was 7h,the water amount was 20times and the sodium chloride concentration was 8.5%.Conclusion:The steam distillation and salting out method is suitable for the extraction of honeysuckle volatile oil,and the extraction rate of volatile oil is high.
