水调散外敷联合浆乳方治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎初期临床体会

摘　　要：从浆细胞性乳腺炎的中医病因病机、西医病因机制出发,联合水调散及浆乳方的用药原理,以及作者在跟师过程中的临床经验,发现水调散外敷联合浆乳方可以有效缓解浆细胞性乳腺炎初期乳房肿块的红肿疼痛,疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。This article from the plasma cell mastitis of the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine etiology,mechanism,the Shuitiao pulvis and Jiangru decoction medicine principle,and the clinical experience in the process of the author to the architect,it is concluded that Shuitiao pulvis and Jiangru decoction can effectively relieve plasma cells breast lump swelling pain,early sexual mastitis curative effect,is worth for clinical application.
