六味地黄汤加减对肾阴亏虚证多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及糖脂水平的影响  

Effect of Modified Liuweidihuang Decoction on the Level of Sex Hormones and Glycemia in Patients with PCOS of Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄汤加减对肾阴亏虚证多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及糖脂水平的影响。方法:选取114例肾阴亏虚证多囊卵巢综合征患者,将其随机分成对照组、观察组两组,各57例。对照组单纯采用达英-35及二甲双胍进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用六味地黄汤加减,观察两组患者的有效率,治疗前后性激素水平、血糖、血脂水平、体重指数及胰岛素抵抗指数的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后总有效率分别为91.20%和68.40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的血清E2水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),观察组比对照组升高幅度更大(P<0.05);两组LH、FSH、T水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血糖、血脂水平、体重指数及胰岛素抵抗指数与治疗前相比均有改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗肾阴亏虚证多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效较单纯使用西药更佳,其机制可能与药物作用于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴,改善了患者的性激素水平,糖、脂代谢水平及胰岛素抵抗等有关。Objective:To observe the effect of Modified liuweidihuang decoction on the level of sex hormones and glycemia in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 114patients with PCOS of kidney yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,each group has 57patients,the matched group was treated with diane-35and metformin,and the observation group added modified liuweidihuang decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The effective percentage of two groups were compared,and the changes of reproductive hormones levels,blood sugar,blood lipid level,body mass index and insulin resistance index before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed in the two groups of patients.Results:The effective rate of two groups was respectively 91.20%and 68.40%,The difference of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of E2 was significantly higher than that before treatment and that in the matched group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and T in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the matched group(P<0.05).and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);two groups of patients after treatment,blood glucose,blood lipid levels,body mass index and insulin resistance index were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05)and the observation;group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified liuweidihuang decoction combined with western medicine treatment of kidney yin deficiency syndrome clinical curative effect of PCOS compared with Western treatment alone,the mechanism may be acting on hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis,improve the level of sex hormone,glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance and related.
