摘 要:整体性教学模式的优势近年来在大学专业课的教学中越来越明显。以中药化学课程中的三萜及其苷类一章内容为例,基于加强学生中医药思维培养和应用能力提高为导向,对本章内容的整体性教学设计方法进行探讨。通过中医药真实的科研问题,将三萜及其苷类的整体教学内容整合在一起,将结构-性质-提取分离-结构鉴定的思维方式整合到中药人参功效阐明的主体研究中,进而在相关部分进一步分支介绍人参皂苷以外成分,并与其功效结合起来。通过中医药实际问题研究加强学生中医药思维培养,通过解决实际问题的知识和方法提高学生应用能力,也为其他中药学课程的教学设计提供参考。The holistic teaching pattern exhibited more and more obvious advantages in the teaching of college specialized courses.Taking a chapter on triterpenoids and their glycosides in the course of Chinese medicine chemistry as an example,the holistic teaching design method of this chapter was discussed under the guidance of strengthening the cultivation of students′thinking and application ability of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the real practical problems in TCM scientific research,the whole teaching content of triterpenoids and their glycosides is integrated and the thinking way of their structure-property-extraction and separation-structure identification are embeded to a study on the efficacy of ginseng in practice,and then the components other than ginsenosides are further branched to discuss with their efficacy in the relevant parts.Through the studying of practical problems of traditional Chinese medicine,the thinking cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine of students was strengthened and through the practical problems solved by the knowledge and methods,the students′application ability was improved.This study also provided a reference for the teaching design of other traditional Chinese medicine courses.
