摘  要:压榨机作为洗涤生产线中不可缺少的核心机器,主要作用是快速脱除洗涤物中的水分。目前市场上压榨机的顶板普遍存在结构笨重,加工工艺复杂,焊接变形难以控制等问题,根据顶板的受力特点,设计了一种新型的压榨机顶板结构,并借助ProE-Mechanica有限元分析工具,对新结构形式进行了有限元分析,得出了新结构的应力分布和变形状态。通过对比,验证了新型结构的优越性,为后续压榨机产品的优化设计提供了理论依据。As the indispensable key machine in washing production line,the press is mainly used to quickly remove water from the linen.At present,the press topplate on the market generally has problems such as bulky structure,complicated processing technology,and difficult to control welding deformation.In this paper,a new type of press topplate structure is designed based on the stress characteristics of the topplate.By means of the ProE-Mechanica finite element analysis tool,the finite element analysis of the new structure form is conducted,and the stress distribution and deformation state of the new structure are obtained.Through the comparison,the superiority of the new structure is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of subsequent press products.
