摘 要:针对某转接板零件多孔位键槽的加工工艺方法,利用五轴机床进行了加工可行性、插削误差等分析。通过对加工刀具进行设计和改进、对数控程序进行优化、以及对具体操作过程开展试验,最后实现了对工件多孔位键槽的插削加工。加工效率相对于原有的加工方法提升了97%,并在同类型零件中得到了广泛应用。实践结果表明,在五轴机床上实现键槽的插削加工,不仅可以大幅度提高生产效率,降低成本,还可以获得较好的尺寸和位置精度。Based on the processing technology of the multi-hole keyway of a transfer plate part,the processing feasibility and the slotting error are analyzed by using the five-axis machine tool.Through design and improvement of the machining tool,optimization of the numerical control program,and tests of the specific operation process,the multi-hole keyway machining of the workpiece is finally realized.Compared with the original machining method,the machining efficiency is increased by 97%,and it is widely used in the same type of parts.The practical results show that the slotting machining of keyway on five-axis machine tool can not only greatly improve the production efficiency,reduce the cost,but also obtain better size and position accuracy.
