摘  要:GT35钢结硬质合金是以TiC为硬质相、Cr和Mo元素为粘结相的一种新型合金。它具有高硬度、高强度等优良的机械性能和具有可切削加工、可锻造及热处理等工艺性能,因此被广泛应用于冷挤压模具上。但大量的生产实践资料表明:GT35钢结硬质合金冷挤压模具使用寿命不高,容易产生早期失效。通过对GT35钢结硬质合金化学成分及组织性能进行分析,并从模具毛坯锻造、机加工、热处理和表面强化等方面进行了工艺试验与研究,阐述了提高GT35钢结硬质合金冷挤压模寿命的工艺措施及要求;生产实践证明:充分发挥模具材料的工艺设计潜力,可以大幅度提高模具寿命。The GT35 steel-boneded carbide is a new type of alloy with TiC as hard phase,Cr and Mo elements as bonded phase.It has excellent mechanical properties such as high hardness and high strength,and has the technological properties of cutting,forging and heat treatment,so it is widely used in the cold extrusion dies.However,a large number of production practice data show that the service life of cold extrusion die of the GT35 steel-boneded carbide is not long and easy to produce early failure.Therefore,based on the analysis of chemical composition and microstructure of GT35 steel-boneded carbide,the technological test and research are carried out from the aspects of forging,machining,heat treatment and surface strengthening,etc.for the mould blank;and technological methods and requirements for improving the life of cold extrusion die of GT35 steel-boneded carbide are also explained.The production practice has proved that the mould life can be greatly improved by full development of the process design potential of the die material.
