摘 要:零件建模是机械设计的重要环节。复杂回转体零件包含复杂曲面和许多非回转结构,建模难度大,效率低。以SolidWorks为建模工具,以矿车轮为例,详细阐述复杂回转体零件的结构分析和建模过程,并用线段分析法解决复杂草图创建时产生的问题。通过对矿车轮结构分析,得到合理的建模顺序,降低了建模难度。实践证明,线段分析法可有效解决复杂草图创建变形难题,大大提高建模效率。该建模方法对于其他复杂零件的建模具有指导意义。The part modeling is an important part of the mechanical design.The complex rotating parts contain complex surfaces and many non-rotating structures,which makes modeling difficult and inefficient.Using the SolidWorks as a modeling tool and taking a mine wheel as an example,the structural analysis and modeling process of complex rotating parts are explained in detail,and the problems generated when creating the complex sketches are solved by using the line segment analysis.By analyzing the structure of mine wheel,the reasonable modeling sequence is obtained,which reduces the difficulty of modeling.Practice has proved that the line segment analysis method can effectively solve the deformation problem of complex sketch and greatly improve the modeling efficiency.The modeling method is instructive for modeling other complex parts.
