摘  要:为解决焊接结构设计中焊接接头质量等级评定的难题,研究了基于BS EN15085标准和结构应力法的质量等级评定方法。通过疲劳损伤等效原则,研究了获取等效计算疲劳应力的方法,进一步得到应力因数,结合安全等级,实现了等幅和随机载荷作用下焊接接头应力等级的确认和质量等级的评定。为了在实际工程中运用该方法,设计开发了一个可视化焊接接头质量等级评定系统。最后,以某铁路货车车体为评估对象,验证了系统有效性与实用性。In order to solve the problem of quality grade assessment in design of the welded structure,a quality grade assessment method based on BS EN15085 standard and the structural stress method is studied in this paper.Based on the principle of fatigue damage equivalence,method of obtaining the equivalent calculation fatigue stress is studied so as to obtain the stress factor.Then,combing with the security level,the assessment of stress level and quality grade of the welded joint under constant amplitude and random load in the welded structure is implemented.In order to apply this method in practical engineering,a visualized quality grade assessment system for the welded joints is designed and developed in this paper.Finally,taking the body of a railway wagon as the evaluation object,the efficiency and practicability of the system are verified.
