高空作业平台轮胎的应用及检测

摘　　要：列举了工程机械轮胎相关标准,对高空作业平台车型的轮胎产品特性进行介绍。针对高空作业平台轮胎的使用工况复杂,无专门检验方法的问题,综合分析材料物理性能、轮胎耐久性试验、行车试验,以期建立一种全面的质量判别方法,旨在对轮胎的选用和质量判定提出一些参考。The relevant standards of construction machinery tires are listed in this paper,and the tire product characteristics of mobile elevating work platform are also introduced.In view of the problem of no special inspection methods for the complex working conditions of the tires in aerial work platform,a comprehensive analysis on the physical properties of materials,the tire durability test and road tests is conducted in order to establish a kind of comprehensive quality judgment method and to provide some reference for tire selection and quality determination.
